Your Health Center Visit

Registered nurse care

The Health Centers provide a safe environment for students and employees. We offer our services free of charge and ensure confidentiality for all visits.

Our registered nurses can consult students and employees on common health concerns, including:

  • Over-the-counter medication (acetaminophen, ibuprofen, antibiotic ointment, antacids)
  • Self-serve blood pressure screenings
  • Dressing changes and wound checks
  • Sprains, strains, and muscle problems
  • Reproductive health supplies
  • General health and wellness counseling
  • General illness and health assessments
  • Referrals for further care in our community
  • Medication abortion information and referrals

Prescriptions for medication are not available at the health centers.

Make an appointment or walk in

We offer face-to-face visits as well as secure Zoom video appointments for less serious issues. In case of illness or injury on campus, our nurses serve as first responders and provide first aid and referrals to healthcare providers in the community as needed.
