Juried Student Art & Design Exhibition Entry Form

Submit your artwork

Complete the form below to submit your artwork. After submitting, you will receive an email confirmation containing a unique submission number for the work. All artworks delivered to the gallery must be accompanied by this number for jury selection. If you have a digital file such as a .mp4 video, digital photo or graphic design project that you would like to submit but are unable to physically deliver it to the gallery, please check the "Digital File Upload" box in the form and use the link in your confirmation email to upload it to our Google Drive folder. The gallery will screen videos or print uploaded digital files for jury selection.

There is a limit of three (3) submissions per student. Each artwork needs to be submitted separately. If you wish to submit more than one piece, return to this form.

The deadline for online submission is Sunday, April 20, 2025.
