LEAR
See the JCC Uncommoners spin on Young Jean Lee's 2010 absurdist tragedy about familial piety, despair, and the end of life. The production is a collision among Shakespeare's King Lear, Sesame Street, and Lee's take on the theme of dealing with a father's mortality.
Six showings are scheduled for 7 p.m. at Scharmann Theatre on March 27, 28, and 29, and on April 3, 4, and 5.
