SUNY JCC Holding Virtual FAFSA Assistance Sessions for Prospective Students and Families

SUNY Jamestown Community College is helping prospective students and families complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid.

Virtual support assistance led by JCC staff and students started in May and goes through the end of August. Sessions are scheduled for 11 a.m. to noon and 3:30-4:30 p.m. on Mondays, 11 a.m. to noon and 3-4 p.m. on Wednesdays, and 2-3 p.m. on Fridays.

Pre-registration is not required. Call 716.338.1103 for assistance outside of these days and times.

JCC is one of six colleges within the State University of New York College system that has a team of students trained to provide FAFSA assistance to high school students, adult learners, and enrolled college students in their region. The state-wide initiative results from a  $300,000 grant from AmeriCorps.
