The Center Gallery, located on the SUNY Jamestown Community College Cattaraugus County Campus, currently hosts an exhibition featuring some "enchanting" work by Kaycee Colburn, artist in residence through Creatives Rebuild NY.

This collection is set to take audiences on a journey into haunted realms, while challenging preconceived notions of what defines a space.

“Kaycee’s artwork is eclectic and hauntingly beautiful,” shares Colin Schaffer, managing director of Galleries for JCC. “Her creations challenge viewers to contemplate the blurred line between haunting and inhabited spaces.”

Colburn's pieces are on display from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. weekdays through Dec. 5, excluding holidays and any event that might close the SUNY JCC campus.

“I would encourage all art aficionados, thrill-seekers, and those with a curious spirit to visit this exhibition,” Schaffer said. “It's an exhibition not to be missed. As the saying goes, ‘Enter if you dare!’”

For more information and updates on the exhibition, please visit sunyjcc.edu/galleries or contact Schaffer at 716.338.1300.

The Center Gallery is a 625-square-foot exhibition space located in the College Center on SUNY JCC’s Cattaraugus County Campus. The gallery’s mission is to enrich the lives of students and community members by presenting high-quality visual art exhibitions of regionally renowned artists throughout the academic year. Interdisciplinary programming includes workshops, gallery talks, and lectures by exhibiting artists and scholars.
