Stephen Riczker

Executive Director

Steve Riczker is a long-time resident of Chautauqua County. He graduated from Jamestown High School followed by Jamestown Community College and the State University of New York at Fredonia, where he graduated with an undergraduate degree in psychology and a master’s degree in human resources management.

Steve has spent the majority of his career in the healthcare industry including directing the mental health, clinical services, health, and pharmacy programs of The Resource Center, where he worked for 40 years.

Steve has extensive volunteer experience including serving on the JCC Alumni Board of Directors for more than 30 years, Falconer Rotary Club, Healthcare Action Team, Infinity Visual and Performing Arts board of directors/treasurer, Mental Health Association board of directors/president and Meals on Wheels. His interests include fitness, nature, cooking, and music. He is the proud recipient of the 2010 JCC Distinguished Alumnus Award.

In his role with the Faculty Student Association, he is committed to enhancing campus life for the students and faculty of JCC.
