Assistant Professor
Hello, students and colleagues! I am excited to be at JCC, serving in the role of assistant professor of psychology and addictions counseling. I have the privilege of getting to work out of the Jamestown and Cattaraugus County campuses, so I hope to get to know many of you. I’m grateful for the opportunity to teach subjects I love.
I always enjoy getting to see when students are able to recognize key psychological principles at play in their day-to-day lives. If you haven’t had the chance to see psychology at work in your life, please visit with me or take one of the classes I teach – I’m here to help. When I’m not on campus, lecturing on abnormal behaviors, social influence, and the disease model of addiction, you can find me working with the Alzheimer’s Association, playing/performing music, or exploring the abundance of activities throughout our region. I greatly enjoy working alongside students, as they endeavor to achieve their personal and professional goals. Please don’t be a stranger.
