Associate Professor
At Jamestown Community College, I teach courses that help students understand the human condition. These courses are primarily in sociology and anthropology. I am also keenly interested in promoting and infusing diversity, inclusion, and equity into the curriculum and will be a part of the General Education Committee.
I love interacting with students and challenging them to leave their comfort zone. The more they are exposed to human differences, the more likely they are to broaden their perspectives. I L-O-V-E sociology and anthropology, and I hope that this comes through in all my classes. I think they are indispensable in today’s society and I hope to get students just as interested in them as I am.
