  • working and prefer the convenience of night classes and online coursework.
  • a parent and need flexibility while caring for your family.
  • interested in online learning with the support of classroom-based courses.
  • ready to advance or change your career.

Schedule

The Career Advantage program is taught in a cohort model, and it is mapped out for two years so you know when and where your classes meet. All the courses you need for graduation are offered in the Career Advantage program.

Cohort model and schedules

Taught in a cohort model, you learn with adults who, like you, are pursuing their degrees while balancing work and personal commitments. Together, you take the same courses and support each other throughout the degree program. Faculty and staff help you to ensure your success, from admission and registration to using technology and campus resources. Your courses will be taught in a hybrid model, which is a mix of classroom and online learning.
