Project Manager, Career Services; Adjunct Instructor

I help students explore their career interests and prepare for the workforce. Primarily, I handle job shadows and workplace tours, which are excellent programs to help students see what “a day in the life” really looks like in their career industries of interest. I handle career preparation, which includes educating students on cover letter and resume writing, interviewing skills and strategies, job search strategies, soft skills, salary negotiation, and more.

I also work with employers to coordinate on-campus recruitment, share employment opportunities, and help facilitate connections with job seekers. I am also an adjunct instructor and teach an online section of HUM 1550: Life and Career Planning.

After working for over six years as a hiring and training manager, I feel extremely grateful that I now get to work with students every day as they navigate their journeys from college to career. I have an M.S. degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration from SUNY Buffalo State College; a B.A. degree in Psychology from SUNY Fredonia; and an A.A. degree in Psychology from Jamestown Community College.
