Events & opportunities with Liberty Partnerships
The Liberty Partnerships program at Jamestown Community College provides opportunities for LPP students to get involved throughout the year.
Program event and opportunity highlights include:

Annual LPP Empire Promise Youth Summit
The annual summit brings together LPP students across New York with community, education, and industry leaders. Participants develop strategies and resources for students looking into post-secondary education and the workforce. Students can take part in interactive workshops, college tours, college and career fairs, and enrichment activities.
Site-specific events
Students at each Liberty Partnerships site can participate in a variety of events hosted at their school, JCC, and other locations.
Summer camps
Each year we hold summer camps, where LPP high school students from our Jamestown, Dunkirk, and Salamanca branches come to JCC. Students stay in the residence halls on campus, attend class during the day, and take trips to area landmarks like the Chautauqua Institution and National Comedy Center. We also incorporate freshmen orientations at all three of our high school sites, inviting current high school students to welcome incoming freshmen to the high school.
